Seems Cosave Mika is going downhill. Had interaction with Peter JNR yesterday and he made me feel as if I was interrupting his lunch or something. With his negative attitude, I decided to purchase my cement and sand elsewhere and I must say that Carrims were friendly and helpful. Goodbye Cosave Mika, you've lost a previously loyal customer. In addition, tried calling today and waited for the operator until R50 airtime ran out. Still didn't get to speak to a human. Guessing the owner is no longer actively involved with the store.

We rather travel to this store than buy at our local DIY outlets as they are EXTREMELY CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTATED at Cosave Mica (and their prices usually beat all competitors). A special thanks to NICK who is possibly the friendliest and most knowledgeable employee there. Also used the Sign and Graphix section for the first time today and they're awesome. Fast, friendly and very economical. Thanks owners and staff! Always a pleasure to visit your outlet.
