Have had a couple of corporate trainings at this venue. They have the most amazing staff, facilities and great food. A good venue for intimate conferences. Tumi and Ntombi always on top of their game. Much appreciation to such a well oiled service guys!!

The positives are; beds are comfortable, rooms are spacious, gym is wonderful and the breakfast is a nice buffet with good service. But the staff here including the management are incredibly rude. We were locked out of our room because the manager deactivated our key card to get into our room!! They didn't even tell us!! Toilets and taps were leaking, bath had no hot water, the noises the bath and toilet made were not fixed throughout our whole 6 day stay as well as the dirt around! It was the worst experience I've ever had at any Southern Sun. Wouldn't recommend it if nothing is changed.
