Rooms are spacious, bathroom was spacious but there were no amenities provided. The walk from reception to the rolm was way too long and uncomfortable. Breakfast was way too limited but service was very good and honest. Thank you to the gentleman who served us breakfast and the gentleman who walked us to the room

Quint little hotel. Beautifully maintained in front. Friendly staff. Clean rooms with updated bathroom. "Gardens" on the far end in front of rooms need a simple upgrade, as well as fresh coat of paint on outside of buildings. .

Very beautiful landscapes and views from the room. Its peaceful and the spa is just masterpiece. The food is nice. This hotel is just on another level

We had a good stay but was disappointed with several aspects:
- towels are small, unravelling and tatty
- no floor mats in bathroom
- coffee machine not working properly, had to ask 3 X for pods
- sink plug not working
- net curtains full of holes
- wall paper needs replacing
Dinner and breakfast was good. The meat was well prepared but the fish overcooked. We were overcharged for the wine.
The hotel website states that this is a 5 star establishment but unfortunately the standards has dropped severely since our previous visit 10 years ago when this was true.

Disappointing. Not at all what the foto's show on their website. Our reception was cold and unfriendly. The shower had mildew/mould from bottom to top and all over the ceiling. The room smelt like a hospital. Some of the lights were not working, one of the taps not working. Seriously don't know how they got their stars - might have been bribed?

The hotel has a very tranquil feel to it. It's like being in the country. Lunch time menu is excellent and very reasonable.

Very disappointing, poor service for Company function - tablecloths dirty, red carpet damaged and dirty, facilities not as promised, very slow and poor service, bathrooms not cleaned recently - spiderwebs and broken dustbins. Sad to say - we will not be back.
