Very friendly, spacious rooms and nice servicerooms need a bit of maintenance but other wise well acquainted for the price you pay

My niece who had been travelling from Australia for 24 hours was approached by a "consultant" at the airport where I was waiting for her, but she could not connect due to her phone losing charge. She was taken to the hotel which is fortunately close by where she managed to charge her phone and contact me, I then fetched her. She was at the hotel for 20 min. They charged her the full rate for bed and breakfast. Due to her tiredness and embarrassment she was pressed to not ask for a refund. I wrote to the hotel in the morning and asked nicely to reconsider giving a partial refund less their costs. They have declined to do so and I feel that that is morally indefensible and taking advantage, especially considering her very tired and panicked state.

its a very beautiful and clean place, the staff is very friendly and helpful.the rooms are very big and its in a convinient location and the "decor" is very authentic to the south african culture
