Used the conference facilities for a small group and the service was not great. Room was not ready on arrival. Staff was not there on arrival. There was confusion with the menus.

Suites probably more luxurious than manor house rooms which were a bit rustic. La Colombe for a gourmet set course dinner experience.

Awesome experience and service, really loved the atmosphere and views. I unfortunately lost my phone while staying at the lodge and left my details with reception hoping in vain that it would turn up. A month passed and I received a call informing me my phone had eventually been found and they would courier it to me! I was very impressed with the helpfulness and honesty of all the staff involved and it made my experience at Silvermist that much better!
