4* hotel - 4* rating. Full filled expecations. Good position in Sea Point, very friendly personnel and nice rooms. Would go there again.

Good service, polite staff. Hotel is located in the prime location of Cape Town very close to the beach.

We stayed there for 3 nights , well The rooms are lovely , just can't say the same about the service. Reception and kitchen staff are really unfriendly, aloof and impatient .Hated that .with exception to Luthando , he was great, you need more of him or let he train the others .

Surprising to find this hotel above a supermarket but very nice surprise indeed.
Very nice room with a sea view, a lot of space, toilets separated (why isn't it always like that?), shower not separated from the bedroom but we didn't find it an issue. Nice service too. 15 minutes from the center by car.

This was the perfect get away for my husbands birthday the staff are all so friendly. And professional the state of the rooms was immaculate. Fit for a king id say thank you so much keep up thegood work will definitely be recommending all my customers here😄
