Shelves are in order, food on shelves some are damaged by rats non food department is mostly not attended clients struggle to get thing and not all are priced. Till point cashiers and till packers chat while assisting clients and in a process their service becomes slow. When the items do not have price they tell a client it doesn't have a price so a client must go look for the priced one or leave the items.
Most tills don't have till packers and where the clients queue there are lot of trolleys with groceries that are returns that are blocking the way. Supervisors aren't easy to get for assistance. Is either they stand and chat or I the office.
