Extremely poor. All the tables was dirty as I walked in. Had to ask someone to clean at least one table and I had to fetch my own sauces. The chips was hard and cold.

Terrible,there are under staff deployment. Our order was 45 minutes delayed and the staff is not friendly towards customers. No customer service at all. We ate our meal with no drinks and after five minutes our drinks were delivered and still there were no glasses. When requested the glasses the lady just ignored our request till we finish our food.

Worst ever service I have received in a Nandos store ever. Staff was very unfriendly, they had no idea of what they were doing. It wad sad to notice and frustrating at the same time as we all know that when you are travelling and on the road a Nandos meal is the safest meal to have. But this was disaster. I was starving and did not even feel for them to prepare me another meal. I instead asked for my money back and slept hungry.

We all love Nando’s food so having to wait more than an hour to receive your meal is very unacceptable. The waitress messed up our order 7 TIMES! She continuously brought the wrong food to us and we had to explain to her over and over what we ordered. Absolutely horrible service! I wouldn’t go to this place again.

Good service is an optional extra. The attitude of the staff at the till leaves a spicy bitter taste. No greeting, talk with no regard and just no respect for customers. They forgot to make my food and no apology. Is there even a manager in this place?

Thought we'd get breakfast here as we were passing through Bloem, but they don't serve breakfast and referred us to a neighbouring restaurant. Why not serve breakfast Nandos as in other branches?
