Generally you get what you pay for. McCafe is excellent value. Even normal McD buy cheap stuff you may not enjoy. Buy more expensive and you may be impressed. Don't buy cheap and complain. Drive thru. .. not so great.

Prompt service but sometimes the drive-thru gets very full. Otherwise, the food is always made right and the staff is friendly and accommodating.

The manager on duty was very helpful and friendly. She has customer service at heart and she's good in marketing the business.
