The kiosk line is always long, and they only put 1 cashier instead of two , you will wait for 15min minimum to pay for only 2 or 3 items.
When its about 25 min left to close, security tells you to go to the till and pay for the items, because they have to close and in an unfriendly manner, they even escort you to the till.
They never have R500 cashback , and R200 cashback i get it when its happy hour.🖓

The cashiers are not so polite at all, I mean like, isn't that the priority of cashiers, to be polite to customers???? Not that customers should be the ones being polite to them. The shop is good but the employees are not.

This place does not have fresh meat -I bought a try of ox liver and the following day it was spoiled.not to mention the 2 packs of chicken livers which I only saw that the expiry date was not visible at on the container.I went ahead and tried to cook them but they were also spoiled.I could not take back these items because I had already thrown away the purchase slips.Lastly I bought the cooked pap and beef stew-the following day I woke up with a runny stomach and the pap was spoiled on the next day.
This place really sucks and I think your items need regular checks.

This is a descent grocery store but just be carefull of when you go there to do your shopping, it gets so packed at times. And the line for the money market service is usually very long.

This place is well stocked and well organised. It's a good place to withdraw cash at the till. Step out of Shoprite and there are ATMs for Capitec, FNB and Standard Bank.
This shopping centre is situated between a train station and a very large taxi ran. It is very busy and one needs vigilant with valuables.
