Lost earring after their service!!

I brought my perfectly fine earrings into the Shimansky factory for checkup, which is asked to be done every year.

After getting them back I lost one earring! I suppose while servicing the closure butterfly got loose.

Shimansky does not accept their responsibility.

After wearing the earrings for 3 years day in day out nothing ever happened. As soon as they were in the hands of the factory I lose one earring. But OF COURSE it is my fault!! And since I am such a valued customer they offer me that I buy a new earring (for the same price I had paid before - how generous!)

Never ever buying one thing from them again!!

Breathtaking Showroom and exceptional service. Greeted by friendly faces and 5 star service. Brilliant educational museum tour and most magnificent diamonds and jewllery pieces Cape Town has to offer. Must have experience!

The craftsmanship of the shimansky jewellery definitely stood out for me. After a long day of comparing brands trying to decide on my engagement ring I noticed the quality of the diamonds, their sparkle and cut as well as the setting of the rings and the designs just cannot be compared, absolutely stunning pieces. The service was exceptional.

What an amazing experience!

Apart from the exquisite Shimansky jewellery pieces I must say I was totally blown away from the moment I entered.

From the diamond that follows you as you enter the door - to the very insightful information in the Cape Town Diamond Museum (including the little photo op in an actual size mine shaft) to the amazing showroom.

It was a total diamond experience and I recommend it to everyone - young and old!
