What a lively guest house. Pool is tiny and the roads make navigating a bit difficult but die plaashuis is completely kitted out. Kitchen is nice. Everything is clean and neat. Take fly traps.

Perfect setting for a relaxing weekend, and the dog kids are welcome too! Ring fenced units so you dog kids are safe from wondering around and very friendly service to boot! Will definitely come again!

We had a 4 night stay in Hoephoep cottage. It was a clean, well equipped and homely place with a fenced in garden for our dogs to play in. Thoroughly enjoyed the walks and the peace and quiet of the place. Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to get away from the rat race and will certainly return to Saamrus in the future!

We spent the weekend on the farm. The cottage was clean and had an excellent view. The farm is pet friendly with a fence around each cottage. There is a hiking trial that has some interesting historical remains.
