Food is still good but I have seen the quality decline at all Roco Mamas since the Spur Corporation acquired the brand

They do a really good veggie burger. We had a huge take away order for work and they got every order perfect, which was a pleasant surprise as other rocomammas have messed up our work team orders in the past

The worst service. Stood at the entrance e for a minute never greeted or shown a table. More than half the tables were free so it wasn't busy. I made my own way to a table passing at least 3 waiters again with no greeting or seat offer. Once sat down eventually a waiter approached, put the menu down again no greeting or hello , by the time I looked up to say hello she had already turned and walked away. No drink order simply walked away to go chat by the till. 2 waiters no doing anything at all. After 5 minutes no one returned to get my order, service simply didn't exist. Only when I got up to leave did anyone pay me any attention. An offer to take my order as I was walking out the door was too little too late. Not at all what I expected.

Placed a long order, waited until the end to inform me their card machines don't work. Wasted my time and their time.

The Cheese Chili chips are out of this world, so is everything else i have tried there. I am never disappointed by their food. My fav was the bacon, nachos and maple syrup burger

My best! Really nice atmosphere, staff are great. Menu is Roco Mamas, definitely good. A treat any time of the day. My hubby and I love going here and if not out we do takeaways as they have joined Uber foods.

Truly disgusting. The cheese fries were inedible. Covered in not cheese but some floury white goo. The same goo was used on the horrible mayonnaise drown chicken burger . Eew. The buffalo wings are not as they once were. Cold old fried chicken wings with a cheap bright thin sauce pored on top. Most went straight into the bin.

Big fan of rocco mammas but thus one
Absolute worst rocco mammas i ever had. Ordered 2 cracker jack burgers, they were burned badly everything was dry and tasteless. I could nit even taste a hiny if the supposed maple syrup that was supposed to be on the burgersresponse / report this review -
