I had a shocking experience with their service at Melrose Arch. Employees we disrespectful, misguiding and humiliated me. I am a major customer of Melrose Arch and Interpark is ruining their good reputation. I have filed a complaint and not one representative has contacted me. Their customer service is an embarrassment.
