Our waitress was friendly and her service excellent. Our food was delicious and freshly prepared. We'll definitely go back soon.

The RocoMamas Restaurant in Alrode. I’ve been visited the Restaurant a couple of times to Test the Food and see how the Staff is working.
Service: Very attended and friendly Staff! They give you a good feeling and a great Service.
Ambiente: Wellit’s in a Shopping Mall. The Restaurant has a American Diner touch, but a lovely one. Also it’s very clean there.
The Food: Depending on how much Customers are there, it can be take a bit more time until you get your Food. The Quality is really good and the taste is great ( own opinion ). It was almost served with a good temperature.
Pricing: For a Single Person around R100 for a Burger, Fries and a cold Drink. It’s quiet ok.
Result: 5 Stars because of the Staff and the good food. A small Minus for sometimes not well done fries.response / report this review -

Good eatery place. Clean, doesn't get too full. The burgers are delicious and freshly made. The waiters tend to forget the patrons at times, maybe they're very busy?

Love. The service is efficient and the food is plentiful and good. I particularly loved their crazy shakes and delicious waffles as well as their wings served with a blue cheese sauce.
They have this outside seating area with hard wood tables which are somewhat uncomfortable but the area is surrounded by a glass shield which helps keep out the wind.
You don’t need to enter the mall in order to access Rocco it’s easily accessible right from the parking lot.
The service has always been satisfactory we’ve never had a bad experience at this branch.response / report this review -

I Brought Two Meals Yesterday afternoon, becuase the Food was so Good, Then I came again today, but I wanted to support good food..The waiters even Recognised me and were happy to see me Then it went down Hill from there, I Received 4 Items, when I ordered 5, I came back, they replaced my Item, it was sitting on the counter.Okay.. I go back to my Car.. Only to Find they IM STILL MISSING ANOTHER ITEM. Back at 4 again meaning, they forgot to put my chips back in the Bag.. REPUGNANT SYSTEM OF ORDERING Never again And funny enough, it happened to a guy yesterday on my first buy Should have followed the signs..

I love RocoMamas in general but I particularly enjoy this branch because it has a lovely atmosphere. The waitrons are friendly, the music is jamming, and the food is delectable. I go here often and definitely recommend.

Like the burgers they serve. Absolutely freandly service as they catered a table for 10 people in no time. Would definitely recommend this place.

The only thing that I dislike is that they don't have the chicken smash (menu should be updated) otherwise food is great, service, the vibe, the place is all good.

It was my first time in South Africa, my friend took me here and OH MY LAWRD the food is so amazingly good I can't even! You get a notepad and a pen and you can look around the options and build your own menu. Delicious! They had also this thing called Death By Chocolate and I'll say no more because one needs to go there and try it. The staff is so, so nice it's unreal. Definitely a place I'd like to visit again!

First time!! Initially thought the burgers would be an overpriced dump of a number of fillings and sauces but I was pleasantly surprised. Will be back.

Dissapointing breakfast. Cold chips, fried eggs should be called cremated eggs. I ordered medium done eggs. We waited more than 30 minutes for 2 breakfasts. Give them a skip when in town for a breakfast. We should have gone to Wimpy next door. Won't be back for breakfast. At leat the capuccino was nice.
