I have been a customer for the last 7 years and during this time I have purchased 3 bikes through Revolutions Cycles. I have found them to be exceptionally knowledgable and willing to engage in any bike related discussion. Best local bike shop by far.

Great setup, knowledgable staff happy to guide both novice and experienced riders through any purchase. Workshop is busy and spares readily available. Final bike setup with Biokineticist also done on site.

ImI just starting of with my first mtb.I whent in there to ask one oor two question.staff was not realy intrested to help me because im not spending a fortune .
    Snobs i would say.
You lost a potential future customer. Il never return and nor any of my friends.

I just turn around and whent down to Giant.
People at Giant was so helpfull and friendly.
I know this is not a isolated case sins my naber was planning to buy a bike from you about a year ago and had a similar experience,he end up buying a bike from Giant.

Pleas work on your customer service because maby in time you might not have any customers left.

Very disappointed with the service and pieces are much more then other bike shops wouldn't recommend if you are a casual cyclist

I lost my bike when I relocated to Cape Town. Thanks to German Parcel Service. I cannot afford the bikes in this shop but I come from time to time for having a look and walk around. Make me feel better not missing my bike :) great selection. Nice bikes. Super friendly staff even you not buy and just have a look. Downstairs also bikes for kids. All parts and bikes are highest quality. Love it

Waited outside from 8.30am until they finally opened 20 minutes late without explanation or apology. Given poor advice. Don't normally write bad reviews but I will never go back.

Dropped my bike of last minute to be boxed for Sani 2 C and the guys promised to have it done in the next 4 hours even though the workshop was full. Awesome service.

On a tight budget, with a frame and most parts for my new Pyga sourced elsewhere, I tentatively approached Stirling Jnr with a few of my self-inflicted "problems" (the type of problems you run into when you run out of talent - and options - with a DIY-build). He must have experienced this a thousand times before, but still offered friendly and professional advice on each of my issues.

I also bought a used fork with some scratches on the stanchions from them, with the agreement that it would be serviced before I take ownership. When the fork was opened up for service it became clear that the stanchions had more damage than was outwardly visible, and without hesitation Stirling replaced the complete top end at no additional cost.

The man's name speaks volumes for his service!

Bought a fork from them, second hand last January. Been working great until recently and needed them to have a look at it.
They had a look and cleaned it up, washed and lubed my bike, at no cost.
They said from the beginning they'd make a plan to sort it out, and they did.
Really appreciate their level of service and professionalism.
My girls even want to go back to their beautiful new store.
