I advise people to not use the dealership. Service advice and assistance is really bad. I am actually stuck without a disc for my add because of the delays from Imperial themselves .

Take forever to answer calls. Take forever to return calls. When I complain, I'm told "I'm not the only one"! I wanted information on my Maintenance Plan and am told I don't have one despite the fact that I have a copy of the plan in my possession. Circus!

Firstly I would like to thank the service I got from Melanie, the finance manager Thembi Tshabalala was very rude out of this world. Talking to me as if I was her toddler. How does Renault hire people with such behaviourwhen I ask to speak to her superior she made it clear that she was the manager. I nolonger want anything to do with the brand.

Firsltly they take too long to answer the phone..but when I finally arrived the staff was welcoming and friendly the only thing I don't understand is that they don't offer transport services when you are bringing a car for service you have to see how you get home and return to fetch the car from them..I really don't get that part

Terrible experience. Didn't answer the phone for 45 minutes. Phoned 17 times in this period. When answered, the lady was rude and sarcastic towards my situation. She refused to give me her name when asked and sweared at me when she just dropped the call. This is unacceptable.

Most disgusting attitude ever experienced. If there was an option for no stars or black stars there I would have opted for that instead. Not recommended for maintenance services or the dealership counter part. Absolutely atrocious attitude.
