Worst service ever, from front desk to the managers. The car is now driving funny then it was before the service & we are not getting any help from anyone.

I had a booking today, got there the lady was rude told me my spot has been taken by someone else and I sent them an email two days before asking what time I should be there and got no response only because I told them I'm using insurance. This is by far the worst service I have ever received from a service provider I should actually give them 0 star.
    Rude front of house personnel.

Worst Service ever, vehicle came back after service. Two weeks later, but it comes with window washer pipes leaking.

I take it in, they can't locate it. I have to show it to them. Then, I take the vehicle. Only to get stuck on the freeway, after an engine warning sign going off. I tow the vehicle back to them. Few days later, I get told I need to pay R8000 for parts to repair. I decide to get a second opinion.

I get a second opinion from one of their mechanic, we realise that one of the oil pipes was not properly attached, which is why oil was leaking. He closed it up and the ran it, no leak. But now the engine water was leaking.

I approached the management, no apology. But instead, they're mad that I got a second opinion. I will report this to RMI because, they're offering bad service

I had excellent service here from all members of the team: sales, finance and admin. Every person was quick to respond to any questions and obliged to each request which I made. A great experience!

Definitely rather recommend GM Alberante. Their service is so much better, much friendlier staff and much cheaper!!!

What a shocking environment they have over there at that dealership. From the service clerk to their manager. Insane levels of incompetence.

Took a week for them to tell me my car had a clutch. Wish I could go into further detail about my problems there. (There were just too many)

Will definitely not be recommending this place to anyone with a different skin colour from them. They way they treated black staff members on my visit there was just unreal. I did not think there were still people who operate with that sort of mentality in 2017.

Natasha and her manager need to work on their telephone etiquette. It makes it very hard for people not to label them as racists. I have the recorded telephone calls to prove it.

Probably the worst and most disrespectful service I have ever received! I will however before I say anything else would like to commend Solly the service technician that works here for actually putting the customer first.

However the same can definitely not be said for the rest of you namely the Foreman, Naz and Laura. I get there and ask to book in my car under a warranty claim and dealt with Naz to begin with. She informs me that they are "fully booked" and can only book my car in earliest next week Tuesday. I said that was fine only to be handed a piece of paper and told to start writing out all of my personal information/vehicle information. Now correct me if I'm wrong but isn't it the service advisors responsibility to correctly capture all of the clients information? Problem number 1.

She then moved on to state that my car is still under warranty and that it would be covered. As I was about to leave, Solly who quickly gandered at the problem before asked where i was going as the issue/problem was apparently a quick fix and they were not fully booked. He then told me that they were purposely being unhelpful. In so I went back to Naz and told her this only to be glared at while she called her Foreman out. Problem number 2.

The Foreman then came out a while later to ask me "Who told me they had space for my car?" Which I then replied to Solly. He didn't even greet/acknowledge me as THE CUSTOMER and went further to storm through his office in to the workshop only to scream and shout at Solly for trying to accommodate me as a client. I've been taught that one does not "air ones dirty laundry in public" and that a client always comes first! To what I saw there were barely any cars in the workshop. Problem number 3.

Eventually Solly started working on my car and I left across the road to grab a bite while I waited. Laura then called to ask where my service books for my car were to check the service history. To my knowledge they are always in the car, yes they were not there and then she insisted that I prove that my vehicle was regularly maintained otherwise warranty wouldn't payout. I then told her to call GM Middelburg where the car was originally bought from where she managed to ascertain that the 15000km service was done but not the 30000km. I then got a hold of my Mother and she sent me a photo of the service books. Laura then told me that it wasn't stamped and therefore she could not accept it. But a 30000km service was done. To a point I can understand the discrepancy however , why was this not sought after before anyone endeavored to start working on the car? Why was it only considered as an after thought? All this Uphill for a problem on my car that literally needed an adjustment, A car with 38000kms on the clock. Really? Because its missing a service stamp? Which regardless of it being serviced or not, has in my opinion nothing to do with a knob that no longer works in my car. It is borderline pathetic!

I then instructed them to reinstall the damaged part and return my vehicle. Only to my astonishment that Solly went out of his way to repair the damaged part as best he could and actually get the direction flow of my vents working again. All this headache for something as stupid/simple to sort out. It just shows me that they value inconsistent protocol above customer satisfaction/orientation.

It's this kind of mind set and work ethic that damage customer relations beyond repair with car manufacturers. GM, you really need to sort out this dealership by starting with their after sales/service department.
