Nice friendly bunch of guy's ready to help during this lockdown
Great dealership. Lots of vehicles to choose from new and used. Vinay is on the used side. Nice guy knowledgeable and straight forward. Security is tight which is good. Well done to the team at Renault Durban
Best cars
REALLY DISAPPOINTING AFTER SERVICE.
I purchased a brand new car last year in around Feb. Everything went well and i had no problems .After sometime my car started giving error codes on the dash so i took the car in to the dealership. After plugging the car they said the car has no faults that picking up on the system.I was happy and left then the problem started again but got more serious .While driving one day it said in the dash "Check Hill Assist" And the car was like hold the hill assist brake while driving. Was really scary so i called the renualt helpline they said to stop and call for the tow truck to come fetch me ,i said i am in a dangerous place and i am not for from home so he said that i can drive the car home .LETS NOT FORGET THAT I HAVE ALL OF THIS ON VIDEO.The next day the code as gone from the dash but nevertheless i took the car in.And as the first time they said theirs no fault .Being irritated because i started work at half 7 am and now they only open the service dept around 7 i would be getting late for work, really made me upset. They have a car that drops of the customers off but it has about 5-7 to drop off so you wait your turn.Car comes back clear from dealer ship and they blame the battery for a 2019 car.I work for a battery company and i tested it and its fine.Next incident car dash shows"CHECK INJECTION" this happens while driving and guess what no the car actually starts jerking while driving.HAVE ALL OF THIS ON VIDEO.
Now i have had about enough with this car so i call up the branch manager" Bradley ".He says we need to check the car again when the fault is on the screen.I could not waste another day and going to work late ,its CLEAR THIS CAR HAS A PROBLEM AND I HAVE ALL THE VIDEO EVIDENCE TO PROVE IT.I then contacted "Tammy" The dealer principal, who suggested i change the car and get something else ,i was transferred to "Clive" from the used car department who basically didnt get back to me ."Tammy " Stopped replying to me and they all just kinda forgot about the customer .I have explained my problem endless times to the manager and staff but seem to get no help.I HAVE ALL THE PROOF ON VIDEO.I purchased a renualt clio 2019.i am so unhappy and discusted by this service and will be writing to RENAULT SOUTH AFRICA..
Fantastic experience. BEST DEALER IN THE COUNTRY!
Excellent service received. Was updated as to the status of my vehicle. Vehicle received back clean.
Very friendly staff who were very diligent in their knowledge of their product
Worst telephonic reception I have come across in a very long time. If you have a lot of time on your hands and immense amounts of patience, then dare to phone regarding booking in a vehicle. next time I will rather drive to the PMB dealership, far less hassle.
On Day of Goodwill Dec 2017, my car developed a misfire..was able to book it in for Fri 29 Dec 2017. Recieved a call that afternoon (Dec 29) that they couldn't diagnose the misfire (in cyl 1) and that the head had to come off and go to "engineering" and process would take a week.fine.so gave them 7 working days..no contact from them..8th day i phoned, " no report yet"..phoned 5th Jan again..no report..phnd 9th.."no report" phnd 11th late afternoon.." ah..yes' recieved report..have sent a request for work to go ahead..[under warranty]" Nothing further. Isn't the most basic customer precept about giving feedback? Why do i have to constantly contact them?
Service is pathetic, bought a renault kwid that was involved in an accident, was told i cant drive it until its fixed, 7 months down the line car is not fixed, no one is updating me about anything, when i call them im told they are waiting for parts and that they dont know when they will arrive from overseas, mind you, i still pay full monthly installment, honestly, i regret ever doing bussiness with them.
Eish where do I start.
on 04/09/2017 I took the car in for a service . I asked them to email the invoice once they are done..of which they never did, when I got there I was told the amount and did an EFT.. about 16:15 same bank as their but I was told the money is still not reflecting . I had to wait till 18: 00 but still the money was not reflecting. I took taxi home.. gave them a call next morning same story.. gave them time then I call @ 14H00 still not reflecting.. then at about 15:00 I email them the payment notification..only then they said it is reflecting but they don't have a driver to come and pick me up..they us if I can pick the car the next morning.(third day now)
Good deal on cars and state of the art technology. Only that I am yet to be sold. Renault is getting there though
When I brought my vehicle in for its first service on 2 June 2015, I should have been informed that I have a May service plan and that I must ensure the vehicle is brought in for its annual service prior to May 2016. I was told nothing.
Then when I booked it in in July 7 2016, I was told nothing about that being my last service as I was too late to qualify for my 3rd and final service.
When I called your office in May 2017 to book my car in for its 3rd service (and was asked for all info such as registration, date of last service etc.), I was told "its too soon".
I was told this again when I wanted to bring my car in in June 2017.
Now today you tell me that I'm too late.
You have negligently failed to safe guard my interests.
Unfairly treated and cancellation of warranty
1. Service book was not filled in or signed by service provider on the first service of 15 000 km in 2014
2. Second service under warranty in 2016 at 28 674 km and the service book was signed
3. I am told that warranty is cancelled and I have to pay cash for subsequent services because the second service was done at 28 674 km instead of 30 000 km
4.Due to a long drive that I was going to undertake, I thought it was best to service my car before taking the journey, however I am expected to pay a fee, which I believe is absolutely unfair and unreasonable. I am highly disappointed at the way the matter has been handled. As a paying customer I fully demand an explanation.
The car is due for service at 43 674 KM and I am expected to pay a fee.
Great service from Cynthia and team @renault durban services, easy booking process (online), fast feedback, service plan status explanation, replacement of my car service book, hassle free.
Seems like service with a smile. They try hard
Most unhelpful and rude sales MEN. Especially when dealing with women
I liked the transparency of the way the salesman dealt with me and they catered to all my needs. I will definitely recommend them. May 2016 Msweli
Thank you we appreciate your positive comments very much
