I take my car for its brand service and THAT section is amazing. The staff there are excellent.
HOWEVER the vehicle sales side is dreadful. The staff seem to think they are doing you a favour and reduce my rating from 5 to 2.

What an absolute joy and pleasure dealing with Hyundai Pietermaritzburg, my experience started with searching google submitting an enquiry about the vehicles on offer, within minutes a friendly sales person contacted me explaining the details of each and every vehicle on offer. When the Test Drive was arranged the sales lady made the test an absolute pleasure, even sharing jokes and stories of the the vehicle tested, filling out the application with the financial manager was also a pleasure as the staff at Hyundai Pietermaritzburg made us feel like part of the “family” , from start to finish Sandra and Zana explained every little detail ensuring we as the clients knew what was happening at all times, I will most definitely refer all my friends to Hyundai Pietermaritzburg in future.
