I am very disappointed with vw Richards bay due to the shoddy service my daughter received when buying a new polo vivo . This is the first new car that she has bought and decided to buy new to save on servicing the car due to new vehicles coming out with service plans, only to be told when she booked her first service that this car does not come out with a service plan. This was not told to her at the time of purchase and as a result has not Budgeted for this additional expense . i believe that people must be made aware of this deliberate omission by the dealership and I will be posting this warning on various public media forums.
