What a pleasure to enjoy joyful stays and we love to feel part nature with a lovely view on the gholfcourse and mountains in the background. Good quality food and service. Awesome

The service was great and the people really helpful and accommodating since we really had a huge problem with our booking. When we got to our room it was really in terrible condition. It looked worn and old. The supposedly double bed was tiny and in general it just seems that the hotel is in desperate need of a makeover. In the end we opt to rather find someplace else to stay.

Rooms were great, amazing views of the Golf course and mountains. There was a delicious snack pack waiting for me in my room when I arrived together with a welcome letter. As a first time guest this was a very unexpected delight. Waited service in the evenings however needs some attention. The service was slow and only after 10 minutes of sitting down and waiting, did a waiter come and attend to me. I expected faster service in the dining room considering this is a 4 star hotel. Overall I enjoyed my stay and the check in and check out process was fast and efficient. Will definitely be going back.

Not to badly priced. The rooms are neat and clean. Staff is friendly. Members of the public are also welcome to join this Protea hotel for scrumptious buffet foods.

Always a treat to be served by well trained staff. Pity about the poor restaurant quality. Lamb curry fair but steep at R165. Very bad pizza the next night due to out of stock items as first choice. Been eating here for 4 yrs and still the same menu.

I have only been there for meals and meetings but the place seems good. The staff seem really friendly as well. The parts of the place I have seen are in excellent condition and well maintained so I am sure the rooms are excellent.

Our stay was okay. Rooms were not cleaned that well especially the carpets. This is the first time we returned since we visited the hotel 8 years ago on our honeymoon. Bathroom needs upgrade at patio section.
