Two words "Absolutely dismal"
Very disappointed in the hotel the staff are friendly enough and did manage to sort out a mix up with our room whereby they expect my two young daughter to stay in a separate room on a different floor all together from my wife and myself, dispite booking and confirming our reservation twice before our check in date. The rooms clean enough although the windows were filthy and the carpets looked like they had not been cleaned since the hotel was built. The main hotel restaurant down stairs, well let's say please don't eat there. Dispite the food been revolting there were flies swarm around the cheese plater which was the center atraction in the dinning hall, the Camembert chese had been left out for days and was meting in the heat, infact all the cheese were soft and rotten with mold growing on them.

Very cosy, clean and best customer service. Everyone was very helpful, they know what they are doing. The rooms are nice, big very homely. I slept like a baby. Oh!! the hotel was the best, I love it.

I give this hotel 4 stars because of the location but I give it 3 stars for the service, although staff is friendly and attentive they aren't the fastest. For Example I asked for toilet paper via phone to front desk an well lets just say I'm still waiting for it and I am already back in the USA. LOL!! The food was good and the view in the outside patio was amazing. Sima was on top of thing, taking care of our request and BTW he makes a great cup of Coffee, I highly recommend the coffee hands down.. Over all its a good place to stay if you are ever in the area.

Room was ok but needs remodeling soon. Staff was nice but couldn't help us with an issue. Location is good, right next to the beach.

Beautiful hotel within very short distance of the beach. The pool deck above the 3rd floor has a awesome 360 ° view. The rooms are good and clean.

The wind can howl quite a bit on the upper floors, but it is a nice change from the stagnant inland air. It would get old pretty quick if it is that load night after night. Sealing the windows to trade the fresh air for conditioned air will solve the howling. Difficult trade-off.

The De Kelder restaurant right outside the hotel premises is extremely fine dining.

Beautiful view of the blue ocean. The buffet is simply scrumptious and staff friendly, but at times slow.
