I had fun at the Boardwalk, I felt safe because security personnel was visible and the staff with friendly. It's a good place for a family outing. The sea views are stunning.

The place is extremely amazing. The staff is very professional and overall the hotel is by far one of the best I have ever been to. All you may need is a few steps away from your room.

Worth visiting, lovely, well kept. This is an upmarket Casino complex, beautiful inside and surrounds. Shops galore, lovely hotel in the front with ocean views. Safe, secure Parking. Lots of eateries, a small waterfront that lights up beautifully at night. This is a 5 star setup

I attended the high tea today after being invited by the ladies at my church who have been there before. What a disappointment! The food was really not up to scratch at all. Some of it was stale. Only one cake on display. I definitely will not be back. So sad after reading rave reviews. All the ladies were commenting how the quality has deteriorated. Such a shame for a first class establishment.

We stayed last weekend @ your Hotel,
first night excellent room service second night you let us down with the service of our room in the evening no one serviced our room and did not want to complain.
"In the hospitality industry, turn down service refers to the practice of staff entering a guest's room and "turning down" the bed linen of the bed in the room, preparing the bed for use."
its not a big issue but we payed a lot of money to stay in your Hotel.

your "NEW"Dinner menu (room service)is also not very tasty a month ago it was excellent. Staff excellent i must add.

overall a wonderful Hotel and will return soon thanks

I had tea in this hotel but did not stay overnight. Instead I wondered around the large complex of hotel, casino, cinema, restaurants and shopping spread across pretty manicured gardens and water features. Lots of events are held here and I was here for the Australian Circus which made up a great day out. The complex is right across the round from the beach and Port Elizabeth does have great sunny sandy beaches. Staff around the complex are friendly and helpful and there is lots of parking. Actually the whole complex reminds me of one of those entertainment complex that you find in Florida.

We were in PE for business, and was pleasantly surprised by the lovely atmosphere and nice scenery. Very nice restaurants and afterwards fun for the kids as well as grown-ups in the casino and magic company.

I think at 7pm and 9pm the water fountain lights up and water is sprayed on the beat of the music. We went there every night for a lovely dinner.

This place is a must when you are in PE.

Loved the views, rooms are great and worthy of the 5 star you see when walking in. Close to a myriad of restaurants and the casino. Was there for a weekend with my girlfriend and we loved everything, the service, heated pool and the beachfront view.

Went to the casino here. Very accommodating and beautifully built. Lots of nice restaurants to choose from and a beautiful jet display in the middle of the large lake/fountain at night. Would highly recommend. (Also had really fun amusement park things like go-cart racing and bowling [VERY fun!])
