It has now been the 5th time we stayed in one of the cottages. Everything you want in a holiday you get there. Beach at your doorstep, clean towels every day if you require! Friendly, clean.

Staff friendly and helpful. We only had a room with a bath which was very nice for a change. Rooms not really sound proof so it does tend to be a little noisy. Absolutely perfect location. Next to the beach.

First of all, we came here and there were no parking available. We were suppose to book a parking and pay a R100 a day. Which is fine, if we were informed. So there is only the public parking avaible. If you are very lucky you would get a parking near restaurants. We got room 12. Under this room is the store room for the restaurants. From just past 7 in the morning boxes are dropped on the floor and doors are slammed. Pipes in rooms smells like toilet. Beautiful view.
Moved to room 27. Apparently a better room. Got here this afternoon and guess were it is? Next to the store room. Seriously!!!!
Wifi not working in this room!

I would definitely recommend staying here. We had a wonderful stay here. We had a corner unit, so every room had an ocean view. The unit was spacious and beautifully decorated. Receptionists were very friendly and helpful. Closet space was very limited though. Fully equipped kitchen with oven and stove as well as a fridge and microwave in the unit we stayed in. Free WiFi. And very reasonably priced. I'll definitely be staying here again!!

Great place to stay for the holidays..
Neat and tidy, sufficient space for everyone. Has everything you need in one place. Great for a big family or a group of friends! Stunning views included.

Pretty poor. On arrival the lift was not working, after hauling our bags up to reception they could not find our booking which resulted in us waiting around until they could sort out their system. We paid in cash and they did not have change?!? Finally we left reception and got to our room. What a disaster. The light fixture in the bathroom is missing it's cover which is potentially dangerous as there is now exposed wires and bulb in a steam environment. The sealant around the bath is badly damaged and there is tiles missing around the bath. The bed side table still had coffee marks on it from the previous occupier. The rooms also have no sound dampening and you can hear everybody walking in the corridor and locking/unlocking their doors. Paint is peeling from the corridor roof. Overall a pretty poor experience. After we brought our issues to the attention of reception we were moved to a different room with a lovely ocean view at the end the corridor so the noise was also ruduced.

Beautiful place, suites have a gorgeous view and they are very spacious and comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful and the area is close to restaurants. It is a lovely village, well lit and you feel quite safe walking around at night.

The service at the reception was the best amongst all the places we saw. A little background, we hoped on the car and decided to take off without any reservation @ any place in Mossel Bay. We saw 4 to 5 places at 730pm, only the service at this place was friendly and welcoming. More over the rooms are great for the price 5 star recommendation!!!!

We stayed for one night in the largest suite on top and enjoyed it very much. Large, spacious, amazing interior design. There was even a Braai on the balconies. Great location. Parking is secure. Breakfast is served in the nearby Delfinos restaurant.

We stayed overnight. there was no problems with the room except that the curtains could not close fully. Outside the hotel there is big lights and these shone into the room the whole night.
