Wow!! Stunning views from the rooms, restaurants and roof. The food is mediocre, the spa is small and pleasant. There are options to eat locally, but you'll need to book in advance. Grab a cocktail and go up to the roof area in your dressing gown. If you like the sound of that, you'll love this place.

I was welcomed by one of the staff members as soon as I entered the hotel, they were kind, professional and offered me refreshments as I was waiting to meet with the GM. I was showed to my room after my meeting and the gentleman kindly assisted me with the in room facilities and explained to me their service offerings.
My room was pre-prepared and on my desk was a welcome letter further explaining the services offered during my stay. Bathroom had underfloor heating, towel warming rack and plenty of space if traveling in pairs. It also had a minibar (Excluded in Room Price , Not expensive), snacks (Excluded In Room price, not expensive ) and a breakfast menu (Included in Room price) which you can hang outside your door for them to collect your order and have it delivered at a time convenient to you.
The service was excellent, the views are amazing and I have NO complaints whatsoever.response / report this review -

I was there with family a week ago.
The place is amazing, the staff is friendly and welcoming.
The restaurant is very good and quite sophisticated, but it’s pricey.
It’s not children friendly, actually children are not allowed under 7.
We had to get an entire family suite (2 separate rooms- so double price) to get our child in.
Spent a fortune.
Perhaps peak season not the best time to visit.response / report this review -

We recently stayed at the views boutique hotel and spa. We were highly impressed.
The staff were very welcoming! They made us feel very special.
The hotel and the facilities were of a high standard. An outdoor pool(although this was small) decking area for relaxing, lots of communal seating areas, gym (with a wide range of equipment) and a spa.
We are in the restaurant both nights which has a beach view! Fabulous!
Throughout our stay the staff were very approachable and made us feel very welcome.
Our room was clean spacious and again had had an amazing view of the beach with floor to ceiling glass windows. We would highly recommend this hotel. Thank you!response / report this review -

Fantastic setting and restaurant excellent. Room looks amazing but lights kept failing and shower leaks into the bathroom. Were informed about a big birthday, but did not acknowledge it.

A gem of a hotel in the Wilderness. Absolutely stunning in every respect. Gorgeous rooms and the most breathtaking sea views. Friendly staff who take care of your every need. The spa is magnificent and of a very high standard. Highly recommended.

Overlooks the ocean. Big menu choice. Lovely quality and spectacular views. Inexpensive for a 5 star place. Very relaxed atmosphere. Great for coffee and drinks only

This hotel is one you should probably stretch your budget to stay at. The Wilderness is a beautiful area and beach. The Views has huge rooms with lush sea views and excellent service. The restaurant was very good for breakfast and dinner. Corkage is only R45 rand too.

So relaxing. Staff takes special care to keep area quiet and speaks in soft tones so as to keep the mood relaxed. I had a facial with therapist named Caroline and it was absolutely divine.
