Friendly and helpful service promptly carried out without problems. Expensive though.

My advise is to be very careful. In less than two months I've had to pay over R 22 000. It's one diagnosis after another with uncertain outcomes. Then a massive lack of communication around what's happening along with no delivery on time. Then a quote to follow on that wasn't accounted for. I've given a chance after chance and after today, it was my final breaking point when I'd payed so much only for the car to have to be left behind again for the same thing it was brought in for.

These guys will lie to get money out of you. But the work is of good quality. I had to wait to get my car even though I phoned to make sure they were done with it

Horrible service. Made a booking for a campaign and service. Took them a month to give me a confirmation of the date they originally gave telepathically. Only once booked in they informed me that they do not have the parts for the campaign (how is that for bad management) They did not even bother to let me know. They proceeded with the service in the meanwhile and at 4pm, on a Friday, on my way to pick up the vehicle they phoned me to say that they now have the campaign parts and if they can keep the vehicle for the weekend to continue the Monday. Leaving me without my car for the weekend.
Monday afternoon when I picked up the vehicle, besides the fact that they did not bother to wash my car (with the water restrictions that can be overlooked but a note or explanation would have been fine) they did not ever bother to vacuum the inside. Even worse was that they did not reset the service warning light. Who knows what else they forgot to do.
Will never take my car there again.

Took my vehicle in for campaigns and so they could fix squeaking break. All seemed well for a month but now there is a rattle. Take the car to HiQ and they discover the brake pad bolts on the one wheel were not screwed in properly and had almost come loose. I could have been driving and suffered an accident because of the incompetent staff at Peugeot Tygervalley. NOT COOL guys!

Nuls. À éviter. N'y connaissent rien en Peugeot
Don't go there, neither to buy or to service.
Bought a 307, used with 101000 km, for 60000 and had already 37000 of repair charges
The car has now 113000 km
Each time for the same problem it's a different diagnosis

I am in springbok and my vehicle needs to be towed to a Peugeot dealer for repairs. I googled and got this dealer with a few others. after reading the reviews I thought let me take a chance on them to see if the service I will receive is as good as other dealers I have been to with my other vehicles. my vehicle will be towed to your dealer by 21/12/2016. there is a campaign open for the timing chain that needs replacement and there is a few other problems like the esp and the heat sensor that is faulty. I bought the vehicle from a dealer in Pretoria and received her on Thursday. heard a noise in the engine on start up but did not know it was the timing chain. drove with her for 1.5km and the heat gauge went up and esp shows faulty. She has been standing at my work since then. I work at Nissan and has been in various workshops as service advisor and customer relations manager. Now lets see how the service is with your dealer. when I phoned and the lady that helped me by bookings explained to me how you work I was already impressed. Very excited to experience Peugeot service!!!
