Most helpful staff who went out of their way to make my experience a joyous one.
Imperial Nissan Parow is probably the worst dealership I have ever encountered (They don't deserve even single star, it's only there because it's the lowest available rating - had there been something lower, I would have given it).
Every time my car goes for a service there I have to chase them around for feedback, invoice, this-that ooooof!!! Once my car spent Tuesday, Wednesday (Public holiday) and Thursday - after having phoned on Tuesday to find out if the car was ready and they told me they would get back to me (which they never did).
I actually bought one of my cars there, what a mistake. I had previously bought a car at William Simpson Nissan (The Best of the best). The nightmare I had to go through before the car was delivered.
Thanks to Ricky (he is a shining light in that grim hell hole) who eventually stepped in and assisted things along.
No thanks to the smart-mouth New Car Sales Manager (whose name I have forgotten and hope to never remember) who had an answer for everything. Acting like a self-appointed god.
I can not wait for the day when we have to deal with machines (Artificial intelligence) not people who are full of false pride and prejudice. Who do their job SIMPLY BECAUSE THEY NEED A JOB. No real desire to serve customers.
Imperial Nissan Parow in an abomination to the Nissan brand.
It is incumbent on Imperial and Nissan to jointly take a serious look at this branch of their respective organizations.
You have nothing to lose by caring. And everything to gain.
The service consultants are always friendly and they come to know your face when you have been servicing your car there for a couple of years..well done to you Nissan!
Amazing service when another Nissan branch screwed up and basically fobbed me off. Will only go to Parow with my Juke
Huge variety of well-priced vehicles - they have something for everyone
Excellent service! Always available to answer any questions, no matter how silly.
Haven't purchased anything at this branch as yet but found Ricardo most helpful, informative 7 quick to forward quote & help with different options
Such an awesome experience with the service department. from the security guard at the gate to working the service consultents, everything was done to my expectation and I was kept up to date with what was happening.
The reason I didn't rate 5 stars is because upstairs the sales department isn't worth anything. Unhelpful, not friendly and lack general knowledge of even the basics such as the names of another employee. I find it appaling. I've already made a suggestion and nothing has changed since then so there is clearly no care given in customer satisfaction in the sales department.
As for downstairs in the service department KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!
Friendly staff, helpful, knowledgeable. The facility is clean and the displays are well positioned- product knowledge is good and the staff are eager to help and go the extra mile
Well, I'm in Pretoria for a meeting, while my coughing and sneezing Qashqai (Qiqi) is parked at Cape Town Airport. I will be flying back tonight and phoned Nissan Imperial Parow now to find out if they would be able to assist me early tomorrow since I am too scared to dare drive all the way home to Bonnievale from the airport with a limping Qiqi. Spoke to Francois from Nissan on the phone now. If the service is half as good as how friendly and helpful he was on the phone, I'll be very happy. See you guys tomorrow. Watch this space, I will update on the service after tomorrow
Great service with a smile!
Not only do they never answer their phones or get to speak to the right person when you need them, but I had to return my car 3 times after each other because they had claimed to have "fixed the problem". Not long after the car gave the exact same issue and they refused to give me a courtesy vehicle to compensate for the trouble. This happened within the first year of purchase. Terrible service. Terrible deal. I would not recommend this dealership at all. Save yourself the trouble.
My experience at the parts department was an efficient experience.
I Bought a 2014 Nissan almera 1.5 manual from them. Never told me that the gearbox has problems. Affter finalising my insurance and phone them that Iam coming with proof of insurance to take my car, they said we gona phone you because there is a little bit check ups in gearbox. I phoned the other day they said it will take a week. Finally they phoned back and I went and took the car. I drove it 2 days only to hear a loud noise from gearbox. Sometimes it's hard to put in reverse gear. I took the car back, and said it will take 3 hrs to fix and they will phone me. After 3 hrs they phone back and said the car is sent to gearbox engeneers, the gearbox needs to be taken off and this job can take over 2 weeks. Now Iam paying the bank and insurance for the car which I don't have. They have victimised me alot. I regret making business with Nissan Parrow
It seems to me that they don't worry about customer service at all. Firstly it took them almost 2 min to answer the phone and after 5 min i could still not speak to their parts department. I were forced to end the call because i were on my cellphone. This is the last time that i will deal with them again, i will rather drive to other dealers instead.
