Extremely poor customer service if you ever want to exchange anything. They refused to exchange an unused dog basket with the tag still on because i didnt have the receipt! Who keeps receipts in this day and age? Also note, do NOT use this shop for any gifts as their policy is exchanges can only be made in 7 days!
