  I was super impressed with the client service and specific detail and attention that is given to my vehicle .
  even though they were really busy they made time to talk me through the repairs needed to be done . Once the job was done they walked me through what they had done and anything else that i must notice of for the future .
  all in all the service given was very much appreciated and the job done was explained properly.

  I can recommend this company. They have the knowledge and followed a systematic approach to solve a complex fault on my automatic gearbox. This could not be solved by the vehicle agency after multiple attempts. Thanks Don.

  Took my Honda to these guys . No one wanted to help me. Riaan and his team at Springfield were extremely helpful and got me sorted out and back on the road. Thanks for listening to my long sad history with bad mechanics and service and finally feel I found the right company to assist me with my future vehicle maintenance. Great service, great job.   Never before have you experienced such a professional establishment, top quality service and a fresh an trusted advisor approach to problems, I would highly recommend this establishment as the go to spot for all your mechanical issues, it's a one stop, owner managed by Mr Clarke an age old industry veteran, better service, advice and after sales of this level cannot be found anywhere else!! This trusted business began its humble beginnings in 1985 and over the years has helped many of my family and friends and saved them a significant amount of money where others had over quoted them for small and simple problems. You can't miss the prominent Red Building @ 260 Ottery Rd where you will find friendly and excellent service. Call them you won't be sorry!!!!!   I have been going to Springfield Gearbox for 15 years now. I have always found the service excellent and efficient. When i have got 3 comparative quotes Springfield was always the most affordable. Donovan Clark the owner is reliable, honest and always goes the extra mile to ensure that you will keep coming back.

  Great service informed valued advice 10/10.
  Took my vehicle in for a reconditioned gearbox. Very affordable compared to other gearbox repair centres. The boss donovan went out of his way to keep me informed through out my repair. He even gave me a short break down of conserns that might affect my vehicle in the future. When i received my vehicle back it was cleaner than when i dropped it off for repairs. Will be using them in future for all my vehicle needs
