Grown up yet quirky but always fun venue. The locals visit often so they must be doing something right. Great for kids and adults. All of the staff incredible with children. Only issue on our last visit was an issue with the water to our trailer. But will definitely visit again - it's a great base for visiting the Elgin region.

This place has become my favorite holiday destination in Cape Town. Extremely well priced. Excellent decor. Each caravan is themed and really well thought out. They have really fun and really good activities for all ages to do. The food was not all that great though but that's a small price to pay. Excellent place. Deserving of 4 stars

Came here to attend a wedding. The whole resort was booked for the whole weekend for all wedding guests who attendedWhat an amazing event and the facilities at Mac Daddy's are amazing, plus plenty activities for the kids. Will definately come back here again.

Bit of a drive to get here but the venue and surrounds are top notch and makes for a beautiful and relaxing location. Activities offered as part of team building events are quite fun and the enthusiasm of the staff just adds to this. Food and service here are good quality as well!

Spent 2 wonderful nights here with my husband and 4 children. Didnt see my children very much as there is so much for them to do. We stayed in the School house which was beautiful, a 5 minute walk from the main building, I would recommend bringing a flash light if staying there. Food was good and they staff is friendly, helpful and keen to help the children in their activities. Cant wait to go back.

I came here in spring and the weather is crazy: very cold!
But you will get warm inside the trailers because there's a proper heater.
And the view is super amazing. Make sure you are hungry before you eat because the portion of the food is big. And delicious.

Did a one-day company team building here. The staff facilitated an Amazing Day race and then hosted our workshops. All went smoothly. Beautiful venue. Great food catering (they ran out of plant-based milk though) and loads of fun.

A VERY nice breakaway relatively close to home in Cape Town. Attention to detail was visible in every aspect of our mini getaway. We plan to return and hopefully stay longer so that we can make full use of the array of facilities available. All in all we left feeling completely satisfied.

Great find, we only stopped one night on our way back to Cape Town to break the journey but wish we'd had longer. Plenty to do, and fantastic views. The cabins are all decorated as fun places to stay for a few days. Hope we have the chance to go again.
