Didn't stay it seemed a bit disorganized. Bit like a zoo. I didn't realize it was a Sunday buffet and people ate before noon. Maybe it was first come first served.

Excellent location, 2 minutes from the beach. Friendly staff. Oldish structure, but very well maintained..refurbished very modern. Clean rooms and outside facilities including swimming pools. Our unit was comfortable and adequate for 2 people and as a self catering unit had all the facilitiesfridge/freezer, stove and micro wave. Breakfast was good and well priced.

Well I didn’t even have a change to stay at the hotel as they took my booking, gave me the price and then saw it’s a long weekend so, oh now the price is increased, really?? Then I told Gretchen, I’m sorry but I did try to book on their website and it said nothing about extra charge when booking over a long weekend, she spoke to a other lady and then said ok that is fine she will send the Invoice as mentioned before. I then told her I have the Entertainer app @theentertainer #theentertainer and then said they don’t allow the app being used on long weekends of holiday. What is the point then in having the app, and why do YOU as a Hotel add yourself to it if you are not prepared to give the discount. Awful service and I will never stay their!!! Just heads up for anyone having the app, don’t even bother with Oceans Hotel!!

We arrived at the Oceans Hotel at 22h00 on Friday evening the 27th Jan 2017. We were wet and cold after we were unable to put up our camp due to the heavy rain and wind. The reception was friendly and helpful and Brendon Petersen was extremely helpful and friendly. He assisted us all the time with a smile and was ready to help us again the next morning with a big smile even after a night shift. What a great guy! Thank you Brandon!!

For a place to sleep, it's ok, but not more than that. The atmosphere is dull, interior is dull, the restaurant was just outright bad.

It's literally on the N2, so it's quite convenient if you like us drove from Cape Town and needed a stop before moving on.

    It's also fairly cheap.

I stayed in the Oceans Hotel on the 23,24 September 2016.
The staff at reception and the restaurant was very helpful and friendly.
The rooms was clean and my minibus was guarded at night by the guard on duty so there where no worries about the safety of my trailer or vehicle.
The price for the accommodation was fair and the hotel is close to the mall and other shops.
On my departure early the morning i even got a food parcel for myself and my partner for the road.

I can highly recommend your hotel to anyone.
