Fairly good hotel. Breakfast has a great variety. Cute gift shop with nice littlr trinkets. And it's within walking distance from nice restaurants. Rooms are kept clean and staff are nice, helpful and non-intrusive. Plenty of activities to keep you busy at the hotel. (And if you park around back, be nice and give the security guard a little tip!)

Great hotel. Unpretentious and welcoming. Wonderful staff who really looked after us and considered our personal situation. Long story short: arrived with sick teenager who had not eaten in 2 days but now she needed something. Paying for a full buffet for a teenager who was only going to nibble, was not acceptable to them, so they gave her a bowl of soup and didn't charge us. This post doesn't convey the sincerity, care and common sense they showed. But it was awesome dealing with them.
The hotel itself is simple, but effective. Rooms are clean and functional. Loved their "open" braais where you could bring your own meat. Breakfasts were also awesome. Could go on, but as Arnold says "I'll be back!".response / report this review -

An excellent stop over on our journey home. A comfortable and clean room and bathroom. Lovely decor and finishing touches in the room. We had an excellent breakfast this morning it was delicious! So much variety really spoilt for choice. Checkout is only at 11 which gave us time to relax at the pool before heading out. I am definitely going back for a longer stay next time.

They have everything from tennis courts to squash courts to play grounds for the kids. Lovely staff. Hotel decor still stuck in the 90s. But a worthwhile experience

Huge hotel with a great selection of rooms, some family friendly ones with kids' bunk beds, some with little balconies, internal garden areas, an outdoor giant chess set. A minute's walk from bars, very good restaurants, a brewery and tasting room, grocery shopping, etc. Wonderful food, lovely little pub areas, large communal decks for dining or drinks. Lovely pool area, squash courts, tennis courts, etc. Pretty good all round in other words.

Reception was very good! We felt welcome immediately. Great value for money in a very central part of Wilderness with loads of restaurants and little shops nearby. Clean and tidy. The restaurant wasn't a pleasure, due to poor service.

great place to have a coffee, catch up with your emails and watch TV. Staff very friendly and helpful. The hotel gets a lot of tourist groups, but is so large that it never disturbed me in the upstairs lounge while working.

Very nice accomodation. Rooms clean and spacious. Food abundant and of good quality (but be cautious if you're gluten-free because they mix wheat products in secretly). Lovely lounges, bar, excellent friendly service.
