  Great view of the city. It is also the home of the Bloemfontein Parkrun held every Saturday at 7:00/8:00 depending on the season.

  Great place to get a view of the city of Bloemfontein, the Mandela statue. Excellent place for running. Group Park Runs every Saturday morning. If you are lucky you might see a giraffe or two.

  Auf dem Naval Hill kann man mit dem eigenen Auto umherfahren und Tiere beobachten. Und mit etwas Glück sieht man neben Zebras, Gnus, Straußen und Antilopen auch Giraffen. Diese befinden sich meistens in der Nähe des Planetariums (Wasserstelle) oder gegenüber der Straße (links, Richtung Planetarium). Auf dem Rundweg hat man immer wieder schöne Aussichten auf Bloemfontein. Und auch die Nelsen Mandela Statue überzeugt mit seiner Größe. Der Eintritt in den Park ist zudem kostenlos.

  This is a nature reserve that gives you the best view of Bloemfontein town and township (about 180°angle at a single point and another 90°angle at a second point). There's wild life too in that area. If you are interested in astronomy, you will have access to the planetarium which is situated within that area.
