Worst service ever experienced at any Nandos. After 40 minutes of not receiving my order, asked for a refund. Love Nandos, pathetic service at this branch, will remember to avoid it!

Since the move to the new building, this has the slowest service of any Nando's, ever. Completely understaffed. Prepare to wait a loooong time for your food.

Always love Nandos, so they automatically get 4 just for their food quality but there has been a few lapses at this location, nothing major. The drive through is not very fast for 'fast-food' purposes so you might as well go in store but the service is always friendly and more direct this way. Check your orders before leaving to be sure you don't drive away without something in your order, it's happened a few times before. Generally excellent here.

Every time I go here I beg them to not put anything hot on my kids food. When I get home ALWAYS it has hot sauce all over it! I won't go here again. People are not accommodating.

DO NOT USE MR DELIVERY TO ORDER!!
Rather go there directly to place an order and collect your own food!!! Horrible call Centre support service. I spoke to a Sipho who offered me a R35.00 voucher on my next purchase??? So what am I supposed to do now with the lack of food that I have already paid for???
