Wow, wow, wow! I so love these self service machines at McDonald's Florida. So quick and very efficient. Do It Yourself (DIY). I was very impressed i must say, they are so simple to use big screen simple menu outline. How i wish all the McDonald's would install these machines. We will have quick hustle free service. And the fact that you get to choose what you want, with no one rushing you or being irritated. Keep it up McDonald's Florida.

I went there last night, after waiting for an hour to get my order, i finally get it. Two of my drinks were water and something bitter. Called the manager(Kgakgamatso) today all she could say was "sorry but we can't see when the sprite is finished sorry". Lesson learned TASTE YOUR DRINKS BEFORE LEAVING THE STORE

waited at the drive through for about 45 mins asked to park our car to wait for out refreshments then the lady forgot to bring out our refreshments. we then had to walk up amd still wait inside because they forgotten to prepare our order as a hole not completely satisfied

Absolutely great fast food restaurant which is convenient for all. It has a better more modern look to the place with all its changes. Great service and great food to go with it. I recommend you come her for a fast food experience.

Que is always long. And staff often mess up orders. The guy in front of me order happy meals but had to come back for toys as they didn't include them. My own order got messed up beyond recognition.

1 out of 3 ppl serving you are helpful and friendly. The staff do not wear gloves to protect their hands when working with food. Other than that, it is as good as fast food service gets

Actually this particular branch is a good example of MacD getting it right in an operational sense: Always busy, food always up to standard, guests always treated respectfully, and toilets usable. It is a great place to stop for 5 minutes, have a coffee and gather your senses.

Tried it 4 times (Drive through) always a ridiculously long wait to be helped. Slowest McDonalds ever. I would however strongly recommend McDonalds Blackheath as they are extremely friendly and fast, it's close by and the drive to there is still shorter than waiting to be helped.

Service is fast and good, only reason why I gave it a 4 is due to the fact that sometimes their lavatories or at least the female lavatory can be overwhelming to put it in a gentle manner.

Other than that it's good, kids always make friends and have other to play with, waiting periods are short.

Before I forget the drive through can sometimes be congested but that may be dependent on the time of day as well as day of the month.
