This must be the SLOWEST McD in the world! I have not been there once where there were no q and they take their time to make your simple order. this McD must be any persons LAST RESORT for a quick meal!

I often visit after a night out for that midnight snack before heading home. I mostly use the drive through as it"s more convenient and as it is a McDonalds, you know what you getting. Just convenient and around the corner from home.

This is not my favorite McDonald's store. Everytime I buy here I promise myself I will not return. Food takes a long and come out and are cold.by the time you receive it.

Everytime I visitthe store (even Friday night at 18:30) there is only one till open and long queues in the store and it feels disorganised and inefficient

I'd rather visit Cresta where I never experience any of these issues or go to the one in the Randpark Ridge area.

Not a lot of parking but, I can definately say it's much more modern here than most of the Mc' s I've been at!! Fast service and very clean!

Normally a MacD gets a 3 just for being there and offering up to standard food. The coffee and cozy seating on this one pushed it up.always busy!

Unfortunately we waiting a very long time in the drive through which is not typical for a McDonalds. When ordering and receiving food we didn't feel welcomed, the staff have very low energy. Food was ok but the milkshake we extremely sweet, felt like it was double the sweetness it needed to be.

Long waiting time even when they are quiet. I went in and felt like I was waiting forever on a Sunday evening. Checked my slip and notice it has already been 30min since I went in for 1 meal to be made. There was no people waiting before me for food and the drive-thru was normal. Asked the lady why it takes 30min to make the meal and she said it hasn't been 30min and just threw the packet with food towards me. Never going back!!!

After waiting an half an hour in the drive thru, only got part of my order. Tried to phone and report and no one answers their phone. Don't go to this place if u want service. Completely devoid of the concept of fast food. Terrible!!
