I am a valued Nandos custoemer, maybe quarter of my salary I used to spend there but the service I received is very unacceptable. One day I bought a quarter meal for lunch while I was waiting my lunch to be served, my friend phoned and ask where i am , then i told him I am at Nandos then he said he is coming i said it's fine come. After that I decided to change an order to make a full chicken with sides simple because i was not yet served. The lady at counter told me that they do not do that. Then i requested a refund because a food was already with them. They said they do not do that. I was forced to buy a full chicken with quarter meal.
I came back the other day to buy a quarter meal and a guy that was helping me there told me that I need to be 100% sure of what I want because they won't entertain my request. I asked him what are you talking about? He said that last time I bought a quarter meal then wanted to exchange to full meal. This is not a furniture shop where we can exchange and request refunds Anytime we want. He was saying that because I am working at furniture shop. Then i kept quiet because I did not want to argue with him, because there is my brother working there. They might say am doing this because there is my brother here.
Can someone incharge assist because I did phoned head office but they said that is a branch quiry unfortunately I forgot to take the name of the person I spoke to.response / report this review -

Best chicken ever eaten. My friend who lives in Philippines says out of his 61 years he never ate such a soft and clean chicken. For this itself have to travel to South Africa.

Terrible service. Found hair in the food and refused to give any glasses because I had a open bottle of juice with me. Excuse was all the glassware is dirty. Please stay away.
