Worst Nando's I've ever been to. In the last month I've bought 4 times from here , every single time was a disappointment. I bought take aways and the hastle to drive back to complain isn't worth it. The chicken is dry and tasteless. To avoid eat dry chicken, I ask them to please put extra basting sauce in the packet, charge me extra , I don't mind. Every single time this isn't done. Two out of the four times the chicken was still raw on the inside. The service no doubt is really good, but we don't really but food for the service!

This store has the most appalling service, The staff are there to only get paid. We have placed orders via the telephone and it consistently gets delayed. Their store managers are trained to give one a salad and mistakes are never the branches fault. Orders get lost, people get charged twice and I am sure the owner is short daily. Service was never part of the training since staff change so often. Staff are not conscious of cleanliness and never use gloves when preparing and assisting one.
The chickens sold have shrunk in the past few weeks and lack presentation skills.
This order was placed at 18.38 and we received meal at 20:04. This is Franchise Owner is never seen at the store and is taking the customers for granted. Trying to support local business shows that they not interested in us the paying customer. The meals was over R300 and no compensation or voucher for next meal was offered. We will be informing more people of the slack service, poor quality of the chips and size of chicken. This is shrinkoconomics charging the same and receiving the same. Being a top Brand should invoke some action .
The food received was cold and disappointing again. Time to visit the number one brand KFC. Or the Nando's don't careresponse / report this review -

Cozy little Nandos Good food, great service. Decor makes it the ideal preference. Enjoyed the meal!
