This Nando's has most definitely stepped it up big time. This was my first visit and from the staff to the food and decor. Everything was on point and excellent! The bathrooms are clean, staff are extremely friendly, all the items we ordered were fresh and of the highest quality. I really dont mind paying almost double what I would for a meal at KFC. With healthy food choices on offer and having it be such a pleasure to sit and eat at the restaurant, cheat meals can now be healthy too! Thank you Nando's. Keep it up

Regular customer here. Always have received friendly service especially from Tyson. Always has a smile. Food is great and the rest of the staff is super. Keep it up!

Regular customer although expensive but have seen the quality dropping. Ordered chicken livers with extra sauce and get the opposite. If you go via drive through you end up waiting in the chill bay. With the old staff from table view gone it’s not the same.

Customer service needs to be improved. Telephone orders is pointless as it is often unanswered or you wait forever to place an order. I avoid this branch !!

This is the BEST Nandos I have ever been to. I have used the drive through several times, and every experience was positive (except one). On that occasion, 2 items that we ordered were not placed in our bag, but when we called and spoke to the manger about it, they arranged for us to collect these items at a time that was convenient to us and included two large fries free as an apology. This is what I would call exceptional customer service! The staff is always friendly and serve you with a smile and have a good knowledge of the procedures that they each follow which allows for a seamless experience. I have also sat down in the "restaurant" area on numerous occasions, and as I have just stated, the service is brilliant. there is also a wonderful atmosphere inside and the decor is phenomenal with the use of leather and wood giving it a natural, ethnic and modern feel. This makes me wish that Nandos in SA was more like a restaurant with a more extensive menu and not only as a fast food joint.

My favourite spot in the establishment. It's Nando's. Excellent food, fast and efficient staff which have been retained for as long as I can remember. You seldom get new faces. The place is clean and well lit for those times when you decide to sit in and eat.
