Staff are not helpful, not friendly, you actually feel very unwelcome when you walk through the doors. As a client I'm confused as to where to go and who to talk to. Not only that but the product I ordered a week ago took them 45 minutes to bring to me. No one offered me a seat, coffee or told me to wait or apologized for the delay. Pathetic

Best timber place ever! Most friendly and informed staff, always willing to help. Prices are very competitive and they have large variety of wood. Cutting list often done same day if you go in the morning (no cutting Saturday).

Definitely a must for all your timber needs.
