  My wife had a very bad experience with her food n the manager was not very accommodating when wife was explaining the problem she rolling her eyes like she don't care

  Worst service everno customer care.. food is dry..even after specially requesting extra saucestaff just don't care.definitely won't be going back there!!

  The area is too crowded and busy. Homeless car guard are a new sense in the area.

  Never had a pleasant experience with this nandos. Unfortunately I have to use it as is the only nandos in the area. Just now I made a telephone order after trying so many times not going through. The lady picks up and asks me to hold for long almost ran out of airtime.

  It my fest time to use telephone to place an oder. I can't get through. but you service it very good.Just that today I don't have a car.

  To this specific Nandos I've been a few times. It's usually clean, and is fairly large. The food on average though isn't as good as many other Nandos branches.
  
  Update: Gave it another chance and received some uncooked chicken. Never going back
