  Got an air-conditioning unit installed, only to find my computer monitor (5 meters away from the installation) lying face down with a big scratch over the screen and an extension cable leading over it to the AC. I cannot believe that the men installing it were too lazy to lead the extension underneath the table or around the area. Shocking service!

  They sold me the wrong hob for the new oven I bought. The oven they sold me then literally exploded in our kitchen, after I had told them an various occasions there was something wrong. Before this they over charged me by R4000 - online promotion and instore prices were different, even after I specifically asked them for the best price. Not a great experience.
  
  I now bought an airconditioner and they were supposed to install it on Monday and then again today (while my builders are on site) and they've just not pitched up or had the common decency to let me know.
  
  Honestly the worst service I have ever experienced. I will never go there again.

  Hirsch always has a good deal on electronics. They have. Many stores and offer a good backup service. Will be back again when I need another appliance.
