  Customer service was below par. Staff took their own time to take orders, no variety of drinks at the time, minimal extras given for a sit-down meal and spice containers on the tables were empty.

  We are on Holiday from Jhb.
  Just experiences the worst service ever.
  Only one Cashier is serving at the till. Took us more than 30 minutes to get to the till.
  The tables are full as ppl are not getting their food on time.
  Worst experience received. Manager says her hands are tight.
  Ppl complaining wrong food being served.
  I am not sure if the staff is tired as they are all grumpy!!

  The service we received at nandos (Grandwest) this evening was PUTRID. I strongly advise that consumer's think twice before considering dining at what I would call this franchise way below just mediocre service.
  
  I waited nearly 40 mins for Cutlery alone.

  Staff argued at the till as we entered the line to order instead of helping us. When we asked for our drinks, they took our slip but we had to ask 2 more people before we received them. The waitress was very unprofessional when speaking to us. Very very bad experience.

  My experience at GrandWest was alright just some problems with the food court area cable management is a little bit hectic quality of the food was great and too many kids running around freely

  ..Yet another Very Good Place to sit down and have a great meal of Hot Spicy Flame Grilled Chicken. This Chicken restaurant is always full! You can choose to sit inside or outside! We have always enjoyed the food served here and also the service was never disappointing!..TODAY: - 3rd April 2017.Back here again to indulge in a Pap & Livers Very Hot!!!..Today: - 29th June 2017..Just catching a quick snack on the go!!!

  The worse Nando's I've ever been to all over the world.Totally disappointed experience that was meant to be an evening well spend with family last night.
  It was a busy Friday night and sales were coming in miraculously well.We waited nearly 1 hour before our order arrived but very disappointing .The chips were ice cold , burgers and pita all soggy and more than half of the order were missing.
  As we were sitting patiently waiting on our food to be cooked, I saw 2 staff members washing some cutlery in a bucket of water on a table and wiping it with this totally disgusting cloth.GROSSwhere is the Health and Safety Standards of this place.
  
  We had to go and ask where the rest of the order was and were told that it was cooked but no where to be found.The rest of the order arrived without a side that was ordered and payed for at the time of entry,
  
  I spoke to the manager who was a very polite ,young man that explained that they were short of staff and said that he was "SORRY"and asked me what he can do to make me come back again.
  I demanded my money to be refunded and that I will not return to this branch of Nando's ever.They refunded only half of my money and took my details because someone will contact me today. I am awaiting a call from another Nando's person, hopefully.
  This is totally shameful to the Nando's brand and I find this absolutely UNACCEPTABLE THAT YOU TAKE MY MONEY AND YOU DON'T DELIVER THE SERVICE!!!!!!
  Close your doors, shut down your night service if you don't have people to do the job but don't take your customers money and than you say "SORRY'

  Had a very bad experience at this restaurant. We were told by the manager on duty that we cannot order a certain menu item due to them not having stock of 2 litre cooldrink bottles. he had a bad attitude. Not professional at all.
