  Not too impressed my friends and I usually stop by often; We would leave all the stores, wherever we were, just to stop at Nandos Mt. Edgecombe.
  
  Being vegetarian, we loved to order the Halloumi in sauce previously, there were no issues. As of recent we were told that they were doing us a "favour" by adding sauce to halloumi as it is normally sold on it's own.
  
  Extra onions in your salad? Major issues! Not allowed We're obviously willing to pay for the extras but it seems too much to meet our needs. We like good food and because there's limited vegetarian options, we decided to curtail our orders to suit us.
  
  It's quite disappointing to note this change in their service, we were once very pleased

  4 months ago customer faiza shaik complained about the same issue I am highlighting today.
  
  Firstly your website has the incorrect telephone number which was confirmed by your manager.
  
  On dialing and selecting option for collection, the phone never got answered after numerous tries. Then when we selected option for delivery, the call got answered so the order was placed and informed Faith we will fetch as we couldn't get through on option 1.
  
  When I arrived at the store to collect my order, no one had any clue that an order was placed as when option 2 is selected the call automatically goes to the Phoenix store (even though you dial the Mount Edgecombe store!!!! - Faith should have informed us of this!)
  
  Seeing that the phone issue was brought to your attention previously and you have made no effort to rectify this it's seems like you don't need any more support from your customers!
