Very rude cashier. I called to place an order and when I got there I was told to follow the long line. When I asked what's the use of calling and placing a order the cashier looked at me with the and spoke in Zulu which is not right as im an English speaking person. Then the manager never even come to find out what the problem is I had to go to her, she said oh they short stuff ect and said sorry. is this the kind of service we have to deal with or is it racist thing??? I am very very disappointed really.

Nandos chicken is absolutely delicious. The Portuguese Salad is always fresh and crisp. This branch maintains the high standard. There is lots of seating at this restaurant if you prefer to 'Eat In'. Orders are taken at the counter and the meal is delivered to your table. The service is friendly and helpful

Service is good. Good food, Freshly prepared. Restaurant clean and neat with a good vibe. Parking on the road. Not always easy to get parking. I enjoyed the food here

Great service with good food. However the tables can be cleaner. Just wiped with a dry cloth and was still sticky.

Food is the same as every other nandos
But service here is kak. Tellers don't greet, don't acknowledge or respond to you till they're ready. Food takes twice as long as any other nandos. Waitresses are fine though from my experience. This place went to the dogs after they got a new owner.response / report this review -

I recommend the chicken strips with rice and veggies. And their spinach is tasty. Service is excellent and the staff is super friendly.

Ridiculous service. People that have ordered their food after you have receive their food before you. Fast food and you wait 45min and the restaurant is no were near full or busy.. rather go to another nandoes

There food may be good but the service is terrible. I order a meal for pick up and they say that it will be 12 - 15 minutes, I go there 15 minutes later and they tell me to wait a little while for my food. At this point I'm frustrated but not angry, the point in which I really got angry is when I got the 15 - 17 minutes later and people who ordered more food than me got their food before me. That's probably the last time I ever order nandos from Broadway.

My fathers a big nandos fan so this nandos is part of the family good to be recognized and treated like family. Like any food place they sometimes get it wrong but they always very eager to rectify the problem. Enjoy the place
