Overall Kingsway Hospital is one of the better hospitals on the KZN South Coast, very neat, tidy, and IN THE PROCESS of being well planned. I say, in the process, because, although they have been busy with building and renovations for a long time. Once completed it will be an A+ rated hospital .

The stay in the hospital was a nightmare. The nurses were useless each shift gave you different instructions. They were not informed and did not even know how the medicine was administered. You could not get soap to shower with and to get water to drink they said that they did not have enough jug so they just ignored you. There is no teatime unless you ask for tea and the ward was filthy.

The threatre staff are top notch and were fabulous

We rushed into the ER at like 3 in the morning and the staff was so friendly and helpfull! The best hospital in Durban in my opinion!

Just want to thank Medical 3 staff. Always friendly and helpful. In particular I would like to thank Nomah the nurse over me when I was down and sick she tried everything to make me better. She is really a loving caring person. Thanks a lot to all the staff in Medical 3.
