Considering where I came from this hospital really looked after me. Professor Govender and his team was amazing, also a big thank you to Dr de Large who really looked after me and Sister Carol

doc says at midnight for a kids, emergency they only deal with gun shots wounds , kid in pain can not move , had to rush to other hospital , have to wait in line docs have no heart and eyes to see , only want money , dentist department long lines , they only start work at 12 , docs are rude don't help , staff are rude in this department , they bring their family members and make them go for treatment before people who are waiting in line ,

I am so irritated with this security guard nxa I wanted to drop off a bag for my niece since we left in a hurray cause she was in pain he wouldn't let me in never mind trying to listen talking about his job this and that not even willing reason talk about government hospital bunch of rubbish nxa they think they own government buildings once they work there I wasn't even going to stay for 1 minute or he could have taken the bag for me instead. few minutes later I returned and was assisted by the information desk and the staff helped but that guy was rude

The service received deserves NO STARS. But I am forced to give them one to post my review.
The hospital has been upgraded nicely, however the staff (some, especially those I encountered during my visit and stay) lack both compassion and empathy. If anyone can please help me get in touch with some I can speak to about my stay at the hospital and the staff I encountered, your help would be much appreciated. As I would like to lay a formal complaint against these individuals. Never would I refer anyone here regardless of the upgrade.

Utterly disgusted in King George my grandmother was in the MIDST of having a heart attack she had all signs possible fatigue chest pain pressure and not one doctor even thought of administering aspirin !? Checked her heart and just because it showed it's fine decide to discharge her not even keep her over night and monitor her !!!! She went into cardiac arrest on the way home if the initial heart attack was given prompt treatment or if the stupid doctors atleast new she's having a heart attack her sudden cardiac arrest could have been prevented.Im disgusted with the system in South Africa a life has been lost because of a lack of knowledge and No DAM STAFF !!! Just disgusting il let go and let God You staff who don't give a hoot will feel the pain one day low and behold
