Ok place but happened to order some seafood with unstated price and ended up paying R590 for a handful of langoustines. Although most mains are around R150, no fair warning from the waiter. Feels like a sham. Beware!

Great view of the ocean from the balcony. Menu is largely seafood based, but they have loads of vegetarian foods. Ordering of food is done through one person who also tells you the specials. Waitrons only take drink orders, so if the restaurant is busy there can be a bit of a wait to order your food. Pretty pricey menu, think about R180 for rump and chips. I had the Norwegian salmon special which was amazing - a salmon steak crusted with seeds on top of cream sweet potato mash, beans, carrots and a delicious sauce. Well worth the R200 it cost! They have an excellent wine selection and lots of desserts to choose from, including good old ice cream with Bar One sauce.

Nice atmosphere. Place can get busy so make sure to call ahead for a table. Food was amazing. Portions are generous. Drinks are a little pricey. Service is good, nothing special to report there. Menu is not too big which is good. Good vegetarian options.

The staff ate incredibly friendly and helpful. We used this restaurant facility as our wedding reception and Joni was incredible in allowing us to decorate and set up as we pleased. Rose petals were even welcomed for pur guests to throw on us as we arrived. Best Food Quality and portions as well. We went to Mundo Vida for lunch yesterday and it was outstanding! Our party of 4 ordered Queen prawns, Chicken and Prawn curry, Asian Pork Belly and the Barracuda and all dishes were amazing. The whole ambience and views are fantastic as was the service! Desserts were great too. Highly recommended, you won't be disappointed.
