Horrible. Pathetic service. I will not be frequenting this establishment again. Mugg & Bean; you messed up my order and had no apologies despite me nicely bringing this to your attention. Asking me for my slip after you had requested this from me when you provided me with my "incomplete order" is also unacceptable. I ordered and PAID for three meals and was given one despite me requesting you to make sure. Its too late when we're back on the road to get this sorted. Manager Lucy, you need training on customer care.
